Clothing is not the only thing we use to play sports; therefore, it is not the only thing we must take care of. All the complements and accessories deserve that we give them the same maintenance so that they last longer.

For example, weight-lifting gloves are washed with water, detergent and vinegar. Remove excess liquid with a towel and let them dry naturally. Apply the same process if you use any type of running band or armband.

SPS are hand washed with a small amount of detergent and allowed to air dry.

You can wash your cycling helmet with the same shampoo you use to wash your hair. Rub the straps and hard-to-reach places with a toothbrush to remove all the dirt.

Swim caps are rinsed in fresh water after use, towel dried and hung up. You can put a little talcum powder inside to prevent it from sticking.

If you wear glasses, rinse and remove the dirt with cold water. Then clean them with a unique lens towel and store them in a protective case.
